Transcription minutes are counted from the audio we actually transcribe, not from how long you record. Max isn’t unlimited: it includes 1,000 minutes a month and 40 GB of recordings. Team ($199/month, up to 30 members, 10,000 shared minutes) and Business ($499/month, up to 100 members, 30,000 shared minutes) share one pool across all members. Enterprise limits and terms are agreed with our sales team.
